Flow sheet of production of our wheat distillery stillage dry grains standard DDGS
The technological process is divided into the following stages….
- - Separation of the original bard’s on filter cake concentrate and filtrate by type of decanter centrifuges company
- - Evaporation of the concentrate in the quadruple iron cased vacuum system
- - Filter cake mix in a mixer of decanters evaporated liquid fraction, with the addition of the finished product
- - Drying of the resulting mass in the drum drying plant.
- - Granulation of the finished product and it’s packaging.
- - Supply of raw materials to production. Decanter centrifuges for separation of type
- Bard of the distillery shopfloor distiller pipeline enters the receptacle. Bard of the receiving vessel is continuously fed into two parallel working decanters where the bard is divided into two fractions: the liquid (concentrate) and solid (filter cake). Filter cake goes to the mixer and concentrate goes to the receiving container.
Evaporation of the filtrate.
Filtrate is continuously delivered to the evaporation stage from the intake reservoir by pump arrangement. Filtrate here evaporated to the consistency of a thick syrup in the four cabinet vacuum system.
Vacuum evaporation plant operates on the counterflow principle. Filtrate fed into the first evaporator. A fourth evaporation chamber is heated by steam directly from the boiler. Three subsequent mechanisms heated by secondary steam from the previous devices.
Mixing of filter cake, liquid fraction and the final product
After stage evaporation concentrated filtrate pumped to the mixer. And filter cake with dekanter and the final product from the storage chamber also continuously fed to the mixer. The final product is added to achieve the desired moisture supplied to the drying of the mixture (batch).
Drying at the drum drying plant
After mixing the batch from the mixer is fed by a screw conveyor to the dryers.
Drum drying system will include the following elements: a compartment for combustion of natural gas, blower dryer with hopper, vortex chamber, aspiration fan, pipe.
Batch fed into the chamber with hot air from the burner. The burner flares natural gas with the formation of gas steam which when mixed with air from blast engine is provides the drying of product (removal of moisture).
Drum dryer has a nozzle with shelves and blades. It provides uniform mixing and distribution of the product on the drum during the drying process.
Product moves in a steam of hot air and it absorbs the moisture contained therein.
Moisture of the product reaches the desired value about 10-11% at the outlet of drying drum
In the bin and dryer in the cyclone separates the mixture of moist air and furnace gases from the product.
The product is fed into the process and a mixture of moist air and gas is removed through the tube into the atmosphere
Granulation of the final product
Sprinkle dry stillage after dryer is fed to the granulation step by a screw conveyor.
In the mixer of the granulator the product is heated and humidified with saturated steam what makes it laminar and easy compressible.
Hereafter the product is fed into the press granulator unit and rollers punching it through the radial holes in the matrix ring. At the output of finished pellets are cut with a knife and come in counterflow cooler. After cooling the pellets are fed in the operational capacity of the granules and further hopper scales where a tube dispenses pellets in bags.
Then packaged products will be transferred to the store.
