Dry grains

As is well known in the production of alcohol from raw materials takes only starch in wheat which contains 40-50%. Remaining the same weight, so called of after wheat grains have nutritional value, so-as contains almost all the nutrients inherent feedstock: proteins, fats, fiber, and NFE, including non-fermented sugars and starches. Further processing of distillery stillage an opportunity to get a high protein feed for farm animals, food value obtained by drying DDGS is 30% higher than the feed value of grain. Exactly in order to do not lose so valuable product and put right zero-emission and main ecological clean production company LLC«TAU PRODUCT» on the project of Spanish company TOMSA DESTIL with participation of the German company WESTFALIA  SEPARATOR, Spanish company ECLIPSE, Russian factory KOMSOMOLEC (Tambov) and GRANTEKH (Ukraine) started new  production  of wheat distillery stillage dry standard DDGS which has no analogues in Kazakhstan.

The raw material for our dry DDGS is a distillery wheat grain held in the full cycle of DDGS comprises the following steps:

• - separation of the original bard’s on filter cake concentrate and filtrate by type of decanter centrifuges company — (WESTFALIA    SEPARATOR)

• - evaporation of the concentrate in the quadruple iron cased vacuum system (factory KOMSOMOLETS  (Tambov))

• - mixing the filter cake with decanters and evaporated liquid fraction of filtrate with the addition of the final product (equipment manufacturing ECLIPSE (Spain)

• - Drying of the resulting mass at the drum drying plant. (equipment manufacturing ECLIPSE (Spain)

• - granulation of the finished product and it’s packaging (equipment manufacturing Grantech (Ukraine)
